Three Levels of Service

  • Retriever Valet Trash standard concierge recycling and trash services pickup days are Sunday – Thursday between 7pm-10pm.  
  • Three levels of service to choose from… Platinum, Gold, Silver
  • Platinum service consists of 5 days a week concierge recycling and trash service with all trash and recycling bags provided to the resident. 
  • Gold service consists of 3 days a week concierge recycling and trash service with all blue recycling bags provided to the resident. 
  • Silver service consists of 2 days a week concierge recycling service and all blue bags with provided to the resident.
  • All services are flexible to the property and can be customized to the property’s needs.

Just 5 simple steps:

  1. Residents receive a Retriever Valet Trash issued container and two blue bags for recycling.
    1. On the top of your issued container there is a sticker listing all the recyclables accepted.
  2. Bagged and tied recycling and trash bags are then placed inside issued container.  Trash bag first, and then recycling on top.
    1. If the recycling bag does not fit in can please leave on top of can and Retriever Valet Trash will service accordingly.
  3. Boxes must be broken down flat and placed behind the issued container.
    1. Move in boxes must be reported to the leasing office for scheduled pickup.
    2. Large items removal such as furniture or appliances, must be scheduled with the leasing office.
  4. Retriever Valet Trash On-site Porter will dispose of all the trash and recycling on-site using a large leak proof bag or a leak proof push cart, simultaneously replacing blue bags.
  5. Residents must place their issued container back inside their units by 9am the following morning or receive a violation. Violation fines are decided and distributed by the leasing office.
